It happened near Harry and Oliver.
Wichita Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Investigators say that a scuffle between two people led to the shooting.
