Nortonville, KANSAS – According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the accident occurred right after 4 p.m. Thursday.
Southbound vehicle on US 59 failed to yield right of way and struck another vehicle on K-4.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says that the 63-year-old driver of the struck vehicle suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The other driver was not injured.
This incident remains under investigation.
