Topeka, KANSAS – According to the police officials, her name is Mary Ortega and she was arrested Tuesday.
This incident occurred right after 10 a.m. Tuesday.
It happened in the 1200 block of SW Lincoln St.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a report of a disturbance.
The responding officers discovered that the 72-year-old suspect pulled a gun on another female.
Ortega was arrested and booked into the Shawnee Co. Dept. of Corrections for Aggravated Assault and Domestic battery.
This incident remains under investigation.
