WICHITA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred approximately at 9:10 p.m. Saturday.
It happened at 31st and Richmond.
According to the statement, the victim was going door to door at a neighboring apartment complex saying he had been shot.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The investigators think that the shooting happened at a home nearby and that two other people are involved.
