TOPEKA, Kansas – According to the police officials, the two women were arrested after a narcotics search warrant was served in an area of SW Central Park Ave in Topeka.
Authorities say that Shannon Hardesty and Kelcey Lowry were arrested.
Investigators found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the home.
Hardesty was booked for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and aggravated endangering a child.
Lowry was booked for aggravated endangering a child.
The investigation is ongoing.
