Topeka, KANSAS – According to the statement, law enforcement authorities served a search warrant in the 200 Block NE Grattan Street on Tuesday.
Police say the search warrant was related to an ongoing investigation.
During the investigation, authorities found marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.
Two suspects were arrested, John Santos and Jason Castle.
The two were later booked into the Shawnee County Department of Corrections.
Police say Santos is being held on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and Criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.
They say Castle is being held on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of marijuana and Criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.
