Topeka, KANSAS – According to the Topeka Police Department, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 10 a.m. Wednesday.
It happened at S.W. 8th and Mulvane.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers discovered that a Dodge Caravan hit a wooden power pole near the southeast corner of the intersection.
Several power lines were downed near the southeast side of the intersection, police officials said.
No other information is available at the moment.
