Topeka, KANSAS – According to the Topeka Police Department, the shooting occurred around 12:15 a.m. early Saturday morning.
It happened in the 2000 block of SE Pennsylvania Ave.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one male victim.
Police said the victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead on the way to the hospital.
He was later identified as 31-year-old Adrian Williams.
