WICHITA, Kansas – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred near the Keeper of the Plains, near downtown Wichita, around 4:45 p.m. Friday.
A man was wounded and he went to a local hospital by private vehicle where.
The 18-year-old was being treated for serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
