KANSAS – According to the police officials, his name is Tyler Kelly and he was arrested.
Authorities say the 20-year-old man shot and killed a 16-year-old boy.
The 16-year-old, Joseph Florence, was killed on July 17 in the 2600 block of North Piatt Street.
Another 16-year-old suspect is already in custody.
Investigators think that the shooting was the result of an argument and both suspects knew the victim.
