Topeka, KANSAS – According to the Topeka Police Department, the 20-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Saturday.
His name is Brian Weixelman Jr. and he is now charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated battery and felony theft.
This incident occurred right before 5 p.m. Saturday.
It happened on SE Willow Way.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a disturbance call.
The responding officers found one victim.
Police said the victim suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
Authorities believe the victim and the suspect reportedly knew each other.
