Salina, KANSAS – SPD officials said this incident occurred around 1:51 a.m. early Wednesday morning.
It happened on Wesley St.
Salina Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult male victim.
Police said the 27-year-old man suffered not life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to the statement, police are actively investigating the crime scene and several individuals have been brought to the station for interviews.
This is an active investigation and there is no danger to the public, officials said.
