Sedgwick County, KANSAS – According to the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, the woman was found dead unresponsive on a roadway, northeast of Wichita.
Sedgwick County Sheriff’s deputies responded around 7:15 a.m. early Thursday morning.
They say the victim was found in the 9200 block of East 69th Street North.
Authorities say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
