WICHITA – According to the police officials, his name is Brannen Ratliff and he was arrested on one count aggravated robbery.
The 20-year-old man was held without bond late Thursday morning.
He allegedly robbed someone at gunpoint after arranging on Facebook to sell a phone
This unfortunate incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 8800 block of East Harr.
Ratliff had advertised a phone for sale on Facebook and arranged to meet the victim in the parking lot at that location.
The suspect used a firearm to rob the victim of cash and then fled to a nearby apartment.
