Linn County, KANSAS – According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 6 p.m. Friday.
It happened on Kansas Highway 7 in Linn County.
Kansas Highway Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash.
Toyota Highlander was headed south on Kansas Highway 7.
The vehicle drifted off the road, overcorrected back onto the roadway and overturned several times.
The responding troopers found one victim.
They say the 57-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was later identified as Thomas McCarty.
No other vehicles were involved in this accident.
