Olathe, KANSAS – Olathe Police said the accident occurred around 11:07 p.m. late Wednesday night.
It happened at West 155th Street and South Green Road.
Olathe Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers reportedly found a vehicle crashed into a tree.
The vehicle started burning, police said.
The driver was the only person in the car at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver’s age or identity have not yet been released.
