One person dead following single-vehicle accident at 2510 West Blanchard

Reno County, KANSAS – According to the Reno County Sheriff’s Office, this unfortunate accident occurred on Thursday.

It happened at 2510 West Blanchard.

Reno County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a crash.

The responding deputies discovered that the vehicle left the roadway and struck a utility pole.

The vehicle then became airborne and came to rest at the southwest corner of a building.

Deputies said the driver was ejected from the vehicle and suffered life-threatening injuries.

Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver’s age or identity have not yet been released.
