Wichita, KANSAS – According to the Wichita Police Department, this unfortunate accident occurred around 2:45 a.m. early Friday morning.
It happened in the 3200 block of S. Tyler.
Wichita Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers found one male victim.
Police say the 49-year-old motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say he was traveling northbound on Tyler, left the roadway, struck a culvert and was ejected.
This incident remains under investigation.
