Osage County, KANSAS – According to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 1 a.m. early Friday morning.
It happened at 4098 W 141st St in Scranton.
Osage County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a house on fire.
Osage County Fire Districts #1 and #6, Osage County EMS and OCSO deputies responded to the scene.
The responding crews discovered that the house was heavily involved with fire.
After the structure was safe to enter, the responding crews reportedly located a deceased person inside.
The victim was later identified as 68-year-old Larry Moore.
This incident remains under investigation.
