Wichita, KANSAS – According to the Wichita Police Department, this unfortunate accident occurred around 9:07 p.m. Saturday night.
It happened on Oliver St.
Wichita Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers discovered that the female pedestrian was struck by a motorcycle while she was trying to cross the street.
Both the woman and the motorcyclist suffered injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment.
Their identities have not yet been released.
