Kansas Wesleyan University will require face masks for all individuals on campus and is offering a $100 incentive for those who are vaccinated or get a vaccine

KANSAS – According to the statement, the mask policy will begin on Wednesday, Aug. 4.

Officials say that the policy will be in place in all indoor spaces or when social distancing is not possible in private offices.

The Kansas Wesleyan University expects the policy to be in place for at least two weeks. 

The Kansas Wesleyan University is also offering the $100 incentive to all Kansas Wesleyan University individuals who are or get vaccinated.

The $100 payment is a taxable incentive.

Officials say that there will be a campus-wide vaccination clinic on Aug. 12 and 19 for students, faculty and staff. 

Note that the incentives will be paid in September after Labor Day.
