Douglas County, KANSAS – According to the court documents, his name is Tayler Livingston and he was sentenced on Tuesday.
Prosecutors say the 27-year-old defendant was sentenced for involuntary manslaughter.
His vehicle was trying to pass another vehicle on Kansas 33 in February 2020.
The defendant’s vehicle then hit a car driven by the 25-year-old victim.
His name is Deeva Sharma and prosecutors say he died in the accident.
The 27-year-old defendant was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
