Larned, KS – According to the court documents, his name is Bradley W. Hulse and he appeared in court on Wednesday.
The 52-year-old man could also be charged with attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Police say Hulse allegedly fired shots at a vehicle on July 31, 2021.
No one was injured in the incident.
Hulse is being held in the Pawnee County Jail.
The 52-year-old man faces between 147 months and 653 months, depending on his criminal history.
