LAWRENCE, Kan. — The final football game of the season for the University of Kansas Jayhawks has been canceled due to COVID-19. Officials with KU Athletics announced Thursday that the game scheduled for Saturday against the University of Texas has been canceled due to the shutdown of football operations for the Texas program after recent positive COVID-19 tests.
