Topeka, KANSAS – According to the police officials, his name is Michael Ross and he was booked for unintentional but reckless attempted second degree murder, and criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied vehicle.
This unfortunate incident occurred right after 10 p.m. Sunday.
It happened at S.E. 29th and Croco Road, near Lake Shawnee.
Shawnee County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a shooting call.
Deputy saw the suspect’s vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.
The driver, Michael Ross, was arrested.
No one was injured in this incident, police say.
