Butler County, KANSAS – According to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, the shooting occurred right before 10 a.m. Tuesday.
It happened near SW 200th and SW Butler Road.
Butler County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting call.
When the deputies arrived on scene, they found 43-year-old male victim.
Police say the victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The 22-year-old suspect who was involved in the shooting has turned himself in to authorities.
