Topeka, KS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 7 p.m. Sunday.
It happened in the 1900 block of NE Jefferson St in Topeka.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a report of a domestic incident.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
Police say the person suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Topeka Police Department officers arrested a 35-year-old suspect, Nicholas Price.
