Topeka, KANSAS – According to the Topeka Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred right after 11 a.m. Tuesday.
It happened in the 2400 block of S.W. 10th Ave.
Topeka Police Department responded to a report of an unresponsive child.
The responding officers say the 1-year-old child was taken to a hospital, where he later died.
No other information is available at this time.
