Sedgwick County, KANSAS – According to the Wichita Police Department, the body was found right before 4 p.m. Saturday.
It was found in the area of Woodchuck and Irving St.
Wichita police said a person who was walking along a trail called 911 and said that he had found a deceased person.
The responding officers found the victim.
They say the victim has been dead for an undetermined length of time.
The Coroner’s office will determine when the person died and the cause of death.
