Angry customer attacked a fast-food restaurant employee with the food she ordered because the fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were not spicy

Authorities said the unidentified customer was apparently upset because the fries she ordered at a fast food restaurant were cold and the chicken nuggets were not spicy. The unidentified woman then reportedly attacked the restaurant worker with the food she ordered. A witness to the alleged attack, who could hear the exchange between the suspect and the employee through the intercom and started recording it on her phone, said that the ‘angry customer’ said that she got spicy nuggets instead of normal ones, saying they were burnt.

This incident occurred on Monday, June 20 at a Wendy’s restaurant in Arizona. The local police department said that the unidentified woman was not satisfied with her french fries and chicken nuggets, FOX29 reports. Authorities said the woman went too far when alerting the restaurant that she wasn’t happy with the food. The unidentified woman was apparently yelling at the employees to fix the order.

A surveillance photo released by authorities shows the woman accused of assaulting a worker at a drive-thru window. According to the company, the bag the food comes in guarantees the food to be hot and crispy.

During an interview with FOX29, Varina Hunt, a witness to the alleged attack, reportedly said: “She said that she got spicy nuggets instead of normal ones, saying they were burnt. The lady was being harassed by another woman. She was saying: ‘give me my ‘F-word’ food.’ She was calling her names and said, ‘I’m gonna throw it at you, and I’m gonna hit you. And I heard something being thrown.”

Hunt could hear the exchange between the suspect and the employee through the intercom and started recording it on her phone, according to the New York Post. The suspect allegedly threw the bag with fries and nuggets at the employee as well as a drink. The authorities have released a surveillance photo of the woman accused of assaulting the fast-food worker in the drive-thru window.
