KANSAS – According to the police officials, the two-vehicle crash occurred around 4:20 p.m..
It happened near Maple and Elizabeth, east of Friends University.
Unfortunately, the woman died on scene.
Investigators believe that a second vehicle hit the woman’s car from behind, causing it to spin out and hit a tree.
Drivers were asked to avoid the area as investigators remained on the scene.
