KANSAS – According to the police officials, the suspect was captured in Oklahoma.
His name is Byron Brown and he was captured in Tulsa.
The 29-year-old man is accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend during a confrontation on April 17 at the Park Meadows apartment complex near Harry and Webb.
