TOPEKA – According to the police officials, his name is Kenneth E. Guenther and he was arrested.
This unfortunate incident occurred right after 5 a.m. Tuesday near SW 12th St. and SW Fairlawn Ave. in Topeka.
A patrolling officer saw the suspect underneath a bus.
When the officer made contact, the suspect ran away.
He was later located and arrested.
The 39-year-old man faces multiple charges, including Theft between $1,500 and $25,000, Criminal Damage to Property, Flee or Attempt to Elude.
