Lawrence, KS – According to the police report, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic call in the 14000 block of S Road. When the officers arrived at the scene, they found a female lying on the floor. The woman was taken to a hospital.
This unfortunate incident occurred on Sunday, around 2:50 p.m..
Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies saw Anthony Deshaun Edwards, 26-year-old, of Lawrence, pacing close by.
Anthony Deshaun Edwards was arrested and charged for second-degree attempted murder.
Anthony Deshaun Edwards was taken to jail, a bond was set at $250,000.
