KANSAS – According to the CBI, Ernesto Apodaca was shot inside his vehicle in front of his apartment building on May 14.
CBI announced that Matthew Perez and Nikki Olivas were arrested in connection to the death.
Perez faces charges of first-degree murder and Olivas faces charges of accessory to first-degree murder.
The suspects are being held without bond in the Finney County Jail pending extraditions to Otero County.
