KANSAS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday afternoon near Garden City.
It happened on U.S. 50 at mile marker 80.6.
Ford Edge drove left of the center and struck a Chevy Traverse.
The 5-year-old child was pronounced dead at the scene.
Five other people, including a 7-month-old, were taken to the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
