KANSAS – His name is Mark Lang and he was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail on Thursday for sexual battery and a Kansas Department of Corrections warrant.
The victim reported being groped and followed while walking into work in the 300 block of North Main Street.
The officers coordinated with the Crime Linkage Unit, Homeless Outreach Team and Domestic Violence/Sex Crimes detectives after noticing several other reports of suspicious activity in the core downtown area.
Lang is homeless and is on parole for a conviction of indecent liberties with a child out of Johnson County.
He was sentenced in November 2013 and was last released from prison in October 2020.
