Graham County, KS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. Monday.
It happened on U.S. 283 in Graham County.
Chevrolet Cobalt went left of the center and struck the left front corner of the oncoming semi-trailer.
Police say the driver of the Chevrolet Cobalt died in the crash.
Authorities say he was not wearing a seat belt.
His name is Cody Johnson.
The driver of the semi-trailer was taken to the local hospital.
This incident is under investigation.
