KANSAS – According to the police report, this unfortunate incident occurred approximately at 3:40 p.m. Sunday on U.S. 283 south of Dodge City.
The Kansas Highway Patrol officials have reported that the 33-year-old man attempted to pass a vehicle and laid the Harley-Davidson over on its left side.
His name is Gilberto Gallegos and he died at the scene.
The official crash log states he was not wearing a helmet.
