KANSAS – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. Friday morning.
It happened near the southwest corner of Big Lowe Road and Sondreagger Road.
Cadillac Escalade was southbound on Big Lowe Road when the vehicle drifted off the roadway.
The 24-year-old man lost control and rolled.
His name is Eric Hernandez and he died at the scene.
According to the police officials, Hernandez was not wearing a seatbelt.
This incident is under investigation.
