Montgomery County, KANSAS – According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 9 a.m. Monday.
It happened on U.S. 160.
Kansas Highway Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding troopers said the 67-year-old driver was heading west when the semi entered a ditch and crossed a driveway entrance.
The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
He was later identified as Allan Reed Chism.
This incident remains under investigation.
