Franklin County, KANSAS – According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, this unfortunate accident occurred right after 11 a.m. Wednesday.
It happened on K-68 highway.
Kansas Highway Patrol troopers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding troopers discovered that a Ford Ranger pickup truck was westbound on K-68 when it left the roadway and overturned.
The 41-year-old driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
He was later identified as Brandon Scott Nelson.
The 45-year-old passenger was not injured, troopers said.
