TOPEKA – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. Friday.
It happened at NW Jackson and Fairchild.
Topeka Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they discovered that a man walked into the Kwik Shop with a gunshot wound to his foot.
This incident is under investigation.
