Osage County, KANSAS – According to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, the 57-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Thursday morning.
His name is Kevin Talbot and he was taken into custody following K-31 Highway and South Fairlawn Road traffic stop.
Officials said OCSO deputy conducted a traffic stop on the suspect’s vehicle for a traffic violation.
During the stop, a K9 was deployed and illegal narcotics were located.
The 57-year-old driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
