44-year-old man arrested on drug charges following US-75 traffic stop

Osage County, KANSAS – According to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, the 44-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody Thursday afternoon.

His name is Jason Spaniol and he is now charged with multiple charges, including: possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, and a Kansas Department of Corrections parole violation warrant.

OCSO deputy conducted a traffic stop north of the US-75/K-268/K-31 highway roundabout for a traffic violation.

During the stop, drugs were found and the 44-year-old passenger was taken into custody. 

Spaniol was booked into the Osage County Jail Facility.
