Topeka, KANSAS – Police officials said the 40-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Wednesday.
His name is Justin Ware and he is now charged with multiple charges, including: aggravated robbery, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony obstruction
Right after 1 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report of a robbery on SW Mulvane.
The responding officers made contact with the 40-year-old Ware.
He was searched and methamphetamine was found in his possession.
This incident remains under investigation.
