32-year-old man arrested on drug charges following traffic stop near SE 29th and SE Minnesota Ave

Shawnee County, KANSAS – SCSO says the 32-year-old suspect was arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday.

His name is Anthony Herrera and he is now charged with multiple charges, including: possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, vehicle registration violations, no liability insurance and failure to stop at a stop sign.

The 32-year-old suspect was arrested following SE 29th and SE Minnesota Ave traffic stop.

SCSO deputies reportedly initiated a traffic stop on the suspect’s vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign.

The 32-year-old driver reportedly had a suspended driver’s license.

The responding deputies reportedly searched the suspect’s vehicle and found drugs.
