Madison, KANSAS – According to the LCSO officials, the fatal crash occurred around 5:49 a.m. early Monday morning.
It happened in the 400 block of Road V.
Lyon County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a crash.
The responding deputies discovered that 2 people were involved in a UTV rollover crash.
The 30-year-old female victim, later identified as Chelsea Moore, suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other occupant of the UTV, who was not identified, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
